• Serve as the primary point of contact between prospective students and their supporting family members from southeast-lower Michigan including metro-Detroit and “the Thumb”.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for 1,600 yearly applicants, consistently exceedingenrollment goals.
• Develop relationships with high schools, college liaisons, counseling staff, community organizations and other strategic partners to organize and attend 125+ events per year.
• Implemented a data-driven recruiting approach utilizing two distinct CRMs.
• Worked cooperatively with departmental, divisional, and campus-wide leadership to evaluate and implement innovative recruitment strategies to outperform peer institutions.

• Counsel new/returning students and their parents on all aspects of financial aid administered by Alma College including: the financial aid process, financing options, loan consolidation and debt management
• Assist the Director with Title IV FFELP, PLUS and Alternative loan administration including certifying, awarding, exporting and reconciling Alternative and PLUS loan applications, reconciling loans via web-interface.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Alma College and potential students
• Manage an geographic recruiting territory in Michigan which includes Wayne, Macomb, St. Clair and Lapeer counties
• Write content and send regular newsletters marketed specifically to the 9,000+ junior and 14,000+ senior high schools students in the College database

• Hold weekly individual advising appointments for undecided students
• Aid students in class selection and interpret University degree requirements
• Serve as an Advisor during Academic Orientation for incoming freshman and supporting family

• Manage all aspects of a 320 person co-educational residence hall
• Supervise, train, and evaluate eight Resident Assistants and one Multicultural Advisor
• Adjudicate student discipline and refer students for educational sanctioning
• Serve on the advisory board for the Science and Technology Residential College
• Monitor a hall budget in excess of $10,000

• Managed all aspects of a 260 (2002-2004) and 390 (2004-2005) co-educational residence hall
• Supervised, trained, and evaluated one graduate assistant hall director, twelve resident assistants, and a desk manager
