Independent Risk Review Director - Product Delivery Risk Assessment and Validation Team• Lead the design and implementation of processes necessary to support the Product Delivery Risk Assessment team, including template design and support, work flow process, and partnership with other risk areas and business lines.• Develop strong working relationships with senior management and risk and compliance partners across all key risk areas responsible for product and business initiative risk and management.• Understand suite of bank products and the attendant risks associated with each.• Lead end to end reviews of products and services assessed as part of the enterprise Product Delivery Risk Assessment Framework. • Evaluate product and business risk assessments, including the quality and adequacy of, product risk and business risk assessment documentation.• Create and deliver management and board level reporting of risk assessment results, findings and systemic trends.Director of Independent Issue Validation• Work across multiple LOBs to participate on large scale complex project management initiatives with high attention to detail and accuracy.• Ensure that business plans adequately address the requirements of the resolution, including by accurately depicting the activities and timing related to processes, people, systems and external events.• Provide an objective view on whether interim and final results will meet resolution requirements.• Provide regulatory, board and executive-level reporting from Archer eGRC with an appropriate level of information to ensure the fulfillment of oversight and risk-management responsibilities.
