I was responsible for money including cash drawers, deposits, DSRs through Breadcrumb. Also handled day to day operations, such as opening and closing the restaurant. I oversaw operations when the manager is absent as well as assigning duties to staff during shifts. I quickly solved problems with customer complaints and issues with employees to provide the best experience possible. As a training assistant I am responsible for assisting the acting lecturer with all and any classroom needs. They are also responsible for aiding in the ongoing development of the curriculum and the CTAC program. The teacher assistant is the main point of contact for the program participants and who they will go to for help on daily assignments, projects, learning strategies, and general guidance in their learning process. It is also important to maintain a good relationship with the participants to be able to access their progress, interests, and career insights. The Department of Housing and Residence Life employs students as Maintenance Assistants during the summer and school year to support its building maintenance and renovations. Maintenance Assistants provide support for building maintenance and renovations. Skills learned include: general repair, painting, plumbing, locksmithing and carpentry. Summer Maintenance Assistants will work under the direction of full-time maintenance mechanics. I personally worked with the licensed locksmith to ensure the safety and security of the residents living in on-campus housing.

Worked as a group with a professor to help fellow students get acclimated to the Computer Science program. Mentored them in which classes they should take and provided the students with feedback on their assignments.

Served craft beer to local residents, providing recommendations based off their preferences. Was often the sole closing manager on duty and dealt with daily tip out of employees. Cleaned the brewery regularly and stocked the cooler as needed.
