About Matt Paradis

I have been in the mortgage business for 32 years. My career began with a 1986 loan officer stint with Citibank in Chicago. I have an extensive background in all aspects of the mortgage business including banking, mortgage banking and brokering, as well as experience managing my own business. I’m told I am keenly aware of how all the processes within a company can affect the service rendered to the customer.Service is my primary focus. The best part of originating loans for me is helping the customer. I enjoy answering questions and strive to make the whole experience comfortable – especially for nervous first-time buyers. I have never sidestepped a challenging situation and I don’t plan to do so in the future. I am especially good at explaining details in clear terms that people can understand. I’m very adept with the latest technology (thanks to my teenage daughters) and that means my loan approvals take minutes, not weeks. I am a problem solver at heart. I will do all I can to find the optimal solution for each customer’s situation.
