It has grown to become one of the UK's leading orchestral, opera and live music filming companies, working with many leading arts organisations and supplying long-form concert films to multiple platforms and broadcasters. Since launch, I have led and grown our production services, which are staffed by a small core team and over a hundred freelance professionals from all around the UK. As CEO I'm also responsible for strategic planning, business development, sales and general management. In 2021 we launched a white label streaming platform allowing arts organisations to launch their own subscription platforms and offer live broadcasts, on-demand video and audio (such as albums or podcasts) on a single platform. In September 2023 I managed the successful restructuring of the business, handing over the running of the platform to a new company, and now lead a streamlined operation focussed primarily on high end audio-visual production for music and arts.
