My services cover a range of topics -- from geometry to chemistry (lab write-ups, as well as required topical review) to SAT / ACT / GRE / MCAT test preparation, including the appropriate test-taking strategies. Each tutoring session is carefully curated to suit the short- and long-term needs of each individual student, and I encourage my students to take an active role in developing their overall tutoring program based on direct feedback from them. Provided properly-vetted, scientifically valid information about medical cannabis to anyone who needed or wanted to develop a more robust understanding of the wide-ranging therapeutic benefits (as well as the potential risks) associated with this beautifully complex plant mired in outdated controversy.I had the opportunity to interface with a variety of people: patients with a qualifying health condition, who wanted to empower themselves with knowledge over stigma; patients' curious and supportive loved ones; healthcare providers interested in learning more about cannabinoid therapy before deciding to become officially licensed to recommend this "new" form of treatment; healthcare organizations that wanted to stay informed in order to provide helpful information and optimal care for the many patients who rely on them; social workers and other advocates for vulnerable patient groups who wanted to arm themselves with current, fair, balanced information. Frankly, any day when I got to discuss medical cannabis with others was a good day.
