Director Of Engineering
The Director of Engineering is integral to Eagle Copter’s executive team and responsible for the overall success of a multi-disciplinary team of Engineers and Technologists. Additionally, as the Head of DAO, the Director of Engineering is responsible for obtaining and maintaining Eagle’s Transport Canada DAO and for all approvals related to a large portfolio of STCs and validations. Responsibilities include overall Engineering governance including budgeting and strategic planning; providing quotes ands proposals; development of internal Engineering processes and procedures; consulting on overall company compliance to TCCA and FAA requirements; resource allocations and management; hiring, terminations, and individual performance monitoring as well as training or corrective action plans. Installations include systems and audio integration, human factors considerations and structural installation of components.
