I handle a broad range of civil litigation and transactional matters for business entities of all sizes as well as individuals. My litigation practice focuses on commercial matters, employment disputes, business torts and shareholder actions, equitable claims (including proceedings for temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and permanent injunctions), construction and real estate disputes, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, and appellate advocacy. My transactional practice covers general corporate matters (both for-profit and not-for-profit), employment issues, commercial real estate transactions, and estate planning and wealth management. I practice regularly before all federal courts in the Northern District of Illinois as well as the state courts in all of the following Illinois counties: DuPage, Cook, Will, Kane, and Lake. I also serve as local counsel for out-of-state law firms and attorneys with litigation matters in Illinois.
