92-day locomotive inspections.Daily inspections.Qualified Maintenance Person (QMP) for air brake inspection and certification in accordance with 49 CFR Parts 232, 203 and 238.Rebuilding heritage (1920's to current day) rail cars to current Amtrak specifications for 110mph operation.In addition to regular maintenance, I also travel with private cars across the country as a personal QMP (Qualified Maintenance Person) for the private car owner making minor and running repairs to the car, essentially taking care and responsibility of the car at terminals for the car owner to not worry and enjoy their vacation.
