Lead automation and daily management of 10 product lines. Duties included processing all orders for verify every panel is compliant with UL508A and meets all customer specs/requirements. Managed all customer requests, including design changes to existing products, design and quote custom panels, and to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Directly interact on multi-disciplinary team across all departments to investigate and correct issues, document engineering changes, and plan updates to meet deadlines or prevent delays in manufacturing. Work with production personnel daily to fix issues within manufacturing system/automation, and create/enhance work instructions, schematics, and testing procedures.

Identified regions within the US, Canada, and Mexico with maximum growth potential for business expansion for two specific strategies to expand through one horizontal and one vertical integration. First all mining regions with a need for the client's products/services were identified. Then conditions for each region were analyzed. Data on market factors were collected, organized and processed to identify trends and define each region by a set of key data points imperative to the company. Logic was then created to compare all regions and narrow it down to three final candidates.-Identified factors of growth and assembled information for top mining industry locations in specified regions.-Design entrance strategy for top three regions.-Discovered competitive advantages for each region based on SWOT analysis and other factors/research.-Surveyed potential customers to assess consumer needs and inform entrance strategy.

In a very large DCS upgrade from PLC5 to ControlLogix, I was responsible for installing and configuring all the controls and communications software, including; RSLogix5000, RSLinx, AssetCentre, and FactoryTalk to name a few. I developed new HMI screens/pages to improve processes or fix issues. Work with ladder logic to understand the manufacturing process and learn how interlocks are used in an industrial setting. Additional responsibilities I took on were to seek out electricians and technicians to document and investigate electrical hardware issues, determine causes and/or solutions, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
