My journey began as an award-winning carpenter, where I worked alongside experienced, custom builders that have successfully incorporated timber framing techniques, skills, and styles into the Perth building industry.I took this experience and knowledge and started my own successful Carpentry business where I managed a team of several Carpenters & Apprentices. We delivered high-quality carpentry services covering all aspects of carpentry but in particular timber framed construction. We worked alongside builders encouraging this method of construction, sharing techniques & advice in an effort to introduce this, in my opinion, superior method of construction to the Perth market.I’ve had the honour of receiving several prestigious awards, including the 2019 2nd Year Apprentice Carpenter of the Year, 2019 2nd Year Apprentice of the Year, and 2019 Overall WA Apprentice of the Year. I was also nominated for the 2020 HIA Australian Apprentice of the Year, reflecting my commitment and excellence in the field.Alongside my practical experience, I’ve completed a Diploma in Building & Construction, which has further fuelled my passion for expanding my knowledge and skills. As I transition from running my successful carpentry business, I’m excited to be joining Amerex Renovations, where I’m focusing on establishing myself as a successful builder.
