Prior to relocating to the Philippines my background started in structuring international strategies for companies involved in cross border transactions. I have over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur involved in offshore services, real estate, resort development, serviced offices, co-working, and recruitment. I have deep experience in structuring capital raises via private placements for SME ventures.
