I advised our Controllers and CFOs on technical matters and worked with cross-functional deal teams to help structure large complex transactions.In 2010, these segments had $32.5 Billion in Total Assets, accounted for $8.8 Billion in total revenues net of interest expense, or 38% of the Company's consolidated total revenues net of interest expense, and $2.4 Billion in pretax income, or 40% of the Company's consolidated pretax income. Included among the business units in these segments were: Global Corporate Card, Global Merchant Services, and Global Business Travel.

Led accounting, finance, and HR team that handled same for four operating subsidiaries. Reported to Chief Operating Officer.Selected contributions and accomplishments:• Worked closely with COO and PE Operating partners to drive value creation initiatives• Reviewed 13-week cash flow models to assess working capital levels and funding requirements for all operating subsidiaries• Helped integrate two newly acquired operating companies, including acquisition accounting for two new subsidiaries, and impairment testing for tangible and intangible assets• Identified state income tax compliance issues for subsidiary engaged in cross-border transactions• Created various ad hoc financial analyses for private equity partners and developed weekly business analytic reporting package which analyzed key business metrics across all subsidiaries and business segments• Co-led multi-platform IT integration project for Company designed to eliminate redundant data entry in multiple system environment.

Oversaw accounting and finance function for six business units, and led a 28-member finance team.
