• Led cross-functional teams to obtain land use entitlements for over 20 mining and industrial projects valued from $250K to $300M• Managed the planning and permitting process for a 41-acre mining operation and associated processing facilities, conditional use permit and reclamation plan approved within 20 months of initial client meeting• Designed site plans, phasing schedules, and operational parameters that met client objectives and streamlined the environmental review process• Developed environmental management systems that addressed storm water, air quality, and hazardous materials• Authored technical documents including project descriptions, mine and reclamation plans, storm water pollution prevention plans, and financial assurance cost estimates• CEQA / NEPA documentation including initial studies (IS), mitigated negative declarations (MND), and environmental impact statements (EIS)• Multimedia permitting including storm water, air quality, hazardous materials, and biological resources
