Directed a team of 40+ full time and contract resources to solution, develop, document, and support the Order Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Care. Responsible for vendor vetting and selection for third party applications. Managed capital and expense financial budgets on projects ranging from thousands to tens of millions of dollars. Responsible for identification of talent and hire of all associates and contractors under pyramid. Guided and mentored managers and associates through career advancement utilizing informal and formal processes such as the appraisal review process.

New role created at Neiman Marcus so that I could manage managers across functionality areas to deliver critical projects. Responsible for determination of ROI and project selection, then executing to that calculated CapEx and benefit realization. Provided Subject Matter Expert knowledge developed from the broad number of areas covered in my tenure with the organization. Organized cross team (and cross development methodology) project planning, communication, statusing, and executive presentations to ensure success.

Received Neiman Marcus Presidents Award for the delivery of merchandising applications in multiple phases of the NMGOne Merchandising System Consolidation to Oracle Retail Project. Facilitated design, development, testing, training, conversion, and deployment tasks as per the defined timelines in the project plan. All application deliveries were successfully transitioned to outsourced AMS team for production support. Communication responsibility included status updates for business and IT key stakeholders during project delivery.
