The genesis to what we now call HATCH, Meme were transformation experts, working with organisations globally to deliver ambitions and goals, resolve challenges, drive innovation and develop growth.We accelerated delivery of complex business solutions covering organisation design, target operating models, business process architecture, supply chain optimisation, ERP, through to organisational culture & behaviour, leadership, people development, and more.We enabled innovative ways to engage people in the change process, applying our proven collaboration and virtual collaboration tools (MEME PULSE), delivered through our Transformation Events and Rapid Design Hubs for 25-250 participants.The engagements we deployed at MEME have all be critical to how we approach business issues today at HATCH.
