Lead all development efforts on multi million dollar eCommerce site while maintaining existing site and implementing new features and services. Key role in software start-up providing direct video messages within a custom CRM implementation. Served as a direct technical resource for CEO and CTO for vision of the platform and architecture design for a scalable solution while staying cost effective and as lean as possible. - Architect, design, and built robust Video Messaging CRM leveraging Flex, AS3, PHP, and Red5. - Incorporate open source software including Red5, Kaltura, and other 3rd party services.- Lead and managed back end developers to deliver on time code using agile and scrum methodologies.- Devise creative strategy to solve technical problems related to video compression's and live video capturing.- Create technical patent paperwork, flowcharts, notes, and diagrams.

Key role member for a software start-up providing a real time video game controlled through web and desktop software.
