Matthew E. Pullen is a Vice Chairman at Newmark’s Capital Markets Group in Boston, the nation’s largest and most successful investment property sales teams, specializing in the sale of office, life-science, industrial and mixed-use properties throughout the region. Matt has handled the sale of over $45 billion of assets in the United States. He started his career at CBRE before joining the market leading investment team at Cushman & Wakefield in 2012. They later joined Newmark in 2016, where they went onto become the dominant sales team in the country, earning the #1 ranking by market share each year by Real Estate Alert. A graduate with honors from the University of Richmond, Matt is the former Chair of Boston's Urban Land Institute (ULI) and an active member of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE). He is currently a member of the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital President's Council, the Mass General Corporate Board and a supporter of the Navy SEAL Foundation.A licensed US Coast Guard Captain for over 25 years, Matt lives in the North Shore of Massachusetts with his wife and their two children.
