· Led the Operations Department and Squadron through the planning and execution of the first MQ-4C reposition to Naval Station Mayport, FL, requiring coordination with the Point Mugu Sea Test Range, FAA, FACSFAC Jax, and management of VUP-19 personnel across four geographic locations. · Instructor Air Vehicle Operator (AVO) with more than 422 UA and simulator instructor hours. Trained and qualified 120 VUP-19 AVOs, Unmanned Aircraft Commanders (UACs), Functional Check Flight AVOs, and Instructor AVOs.· Leads 90 VUP-19 Navy Reserve personnel, providing MQ-4C operational SEVENTH Fleet support while utilizing and balancing a 1.2-million-dollar annual budget. · More than 200 MQ-4C UAC hours in the in operational test, transoceanic reposition, and SEVENTH Fleet mission environments.

· Led a 12-person operations team through the execution of initial MQ-4C operational test phase as well as the planning and execution of VUP-19’s inaugural deployment of two MQ-4C aircraft from NAS Point Mugu to Andersen AFB, Guam, requiring the management, care and movement of 120 people across three geographic locations.· Senior Instructor and Aircraft Commander assigned to plan, train to, and execute the first MQ-4C reposition from Point Mugu, CA to Northrop Grumman Palmdale facility for repair, requiring coordination through Point Mugu Sea Test Range, Palmdale Operations, USAF Special Use Airspace, and chase plane deconfliction, leading to VUP-19’s first safe for flight launch and recovery.

· Led an 11-person P-3C Orion Combat Aircrew for over 76 combat missions totaling 220 flight hours providing maritime and overland Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom directly contributing to Coalition Sea, Air and Land dominance.· Selected as senior Aircraft Commander and Mission Commander to extend at the squadron to provide expertise through the squadron’s transition to the P-8A aircraft and provide continuity through pre-deployment qualifications.

Obtaining initial pilot qualifications through the US Navy, multi engine and instrument ratings.

Obtaining under graduate degree through Old Dominion University and commission in the US Navy through the US Navy Seaman to Admiral program.

· Nuclear Propulsion Plant Watch Supervisor managing a team of 15 propulsion plant operators to ensure safe and efficient power plant operations to provide power and propulsion to US Navy aircraft carriers.· Nuclear propulsion plant drill team member and Training Department manager, responsible for training and efficiency of propulsion plant operators.
