Responsible for leading technical and non-technical business analysis activities in a consultative capacity to professional standards. I was responsible for providing first and second line technical support services to a UK wide customer base, via analysis and documentation of technical issue of hardware or software; the causal effect and identification and design of quality, timely resolution. Solutions range from end-user training; process, software and system redesign; and co-team working with account managers, software engineers, external IT contractors and end-users. I was also responsible for project planning the implementation of new Linux servers; off-site support including installation and configuration of operating system and bespoke software solutions; data migration, and on-site installation at customer premises, training and hand-over to customer.

I was responsible for delivering a quality ICT service to an internal customer base of 50 staff over multiple offices. I managed all aspects of ICT within a Windows Server infrastructure spanning multiple locations and systems and technologies. I project managed the implementation of multiple new technologies including windows server infrastructure, wan optimisation; IP telephony; hosted CRM database; multiple content managed websites and an office move into a brand new building on time and within budget. I managed a team of IT staff; produced and managed ICT budgets, strategy, policies, disaster recovery plans, software licenses and assets. I managed external suppliers and contracts including tendering and monitoring service level agreements. I provided a range of ICT support in a consultative capacity to external organisations, ranging from providing training services, conducting IT assessments, resolving IT problems and support with producing policies, strategy and management of ICT.
