Whatever your physical problems are, sports massage can be an effective treatment to help ease your pain, improve your range of motion and unlock your body in order for you to better work with what you have. As well as sports massage, I also offer massage for relaxation (because sometimes that's medicine enough) and massage for events covering anything from marathons to film locations. I trained in Eastbourne at the School of Massage and Physical Performance (SOMAPP) and am qualified in VCTC Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy, MASCED accredited and a member of FHT.
