We only fail if we take a second step backwards.2) Why Over What: Assume everyone knows everything. The competition has all of the same facts. Information isn’t an advantage. How we apply what we know is how we win. Find the why to the what and we find success.3) Communicate Community: Never say “I”, always say “we”. Say the names of those around us more than our own. Elevate others through provocations, not statements. The voice of a leader means more than words, so speak with purpose and prospective. 4) Break Rules: Don’t govern our actions on those who came before us. What was then doesn’t have to be now. Embrace change as an opportunity to change. Everything has to start somewhere, why not with us? Why not today?
