About Matt Ream

As a Real Estate Manager at AREAS, I oversee the management and development of nearly 350,000 sqft of commercial properties across Reno, Nevada. I have been in this role since April 2021, and I bring over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, where I led business development and operations for strategic accounts in California and Nevada.My core competencies include property management, facility management, development/construction management, new business development, people management, and team building.
