My career includes diverse experiences across a number of industries and roles within executive teams, as an advisor and on Boards. 20 years ago, as a Director for PwC’s Transaction Services division, I worked across US and Australia, taking the lead on corporate and private equity transactions, for global clients. I then gained in-house experience as Director of Corporate Finance for Austock and, subsequently, for Becton Property Group, managing end to end equity raising, IPOs and Merger and Acquisition processes.With this experience under my belt, my entrepreneurial nature led me to start my own boutique consultancy business, specialising in Real Estate Advisory and Corporate Finance. I grew this business year on year, securing key corporate clients, before being headhunted to re-join PwC – this time as Partner – to establish their Real Estate Advisory division in Melbourne.I joined Grill’d Group as Chief Financial Officer to drive a program of change and business transformation following a period of expansion.Concurrent to my executive positions, I have over 10+ years Board of Directors experience, delivering skills and experience to small and emerging businesses such as Grill’d Group and two newly formed property funds management entities, Arrow Funds Management and Bailey Stuart Capital.
