• Developed comprehensive set of process controls to support the accounting and reporting of more than $3.3 billion in revenues.
• Single handedly managed the preparation, recording, and reporting of $3.7 billion in revenues during a period when the company had offered a voluntary separation package, implemented a new accounting system and.
• Designed and implemented a comprehensive accounts receivable management-reporting package that led to the development of programs that reduced total revenue loss as a percentage of revenues from 10% to 5%.
