Matthew Corey joined the North Country Library System team in 2011. Matt’s hats include library annual reports, managing online resources, advocacy skills and strategies, and assisting St. Lawrence Libraries with library management and trustee education.

I've taken on several roles under my productions alias. I'm a composer (for video games, film, commercials, rap beats) and an engineer/producer for bands. I see both original music and bands all the way from the beginning stages through mixing and almost always mastering. I've had the pleasure of working several different roles in the audio field and of several different purposes and genres. Here is a list of some of my services:Composing. Including video games, rap beats, movies etc.Engineering and recording music and audio for all genres. Mixing audio including my own sessions and sessions sent to me.Mastering audio also including tracks sent to me.Producing the music that I work with to ensure the best result.

Monitoring strength, clarity, and reliability of incoming and outgoing signals, and adjusting equipment as necessary to maintain quality broadcasts. Observing monitors and conversing with station personnel to determine audio and video levels and to ascertain that programs are airing. Monitoring and logging transmitter readings. Reporting equipment problems. Playing and recording broadcast programs using automation systems. Maintaining programming logs, as required by station management and the Federal Communications Commission. Regulating the fidelity, brightness, and contrast of video transmissions, using video console control panels. Selecting sources from which programming will be received, or through which programming will be transmitted.

Researched, surveyed, and assessed sites of potential past societies and cultures. Created a grid of each site and drew and updated maps of unit profiles, stratum surfaces, features, and findings. Recorded the exact locations of artifacts uncovered in diggings or surveys, using drawings and photographs as necessary. Described artifacts' physical properties or attributes, such as the materials from which artifacts are made and their size, shape, function, and decoration.
