Accountable for the assigned customer’s technology services delivered by SCC Data Centre Services• Operational Technical Assurance - Senior technical point of contact, manage technical communications & action plans, technical assessment/validation and assurance over technical changes, technical lead on problem review meetings and assess capacity reporting.• Operational Technical Lead – Carry out where necessary recommend changes and improvements to infrastructure and security.• Technical Risk Management - Assess, review & communicate customer technical risks across the IT estate. provide recommendations and improvements to mitigate, track & push forward associated changes.• Technical Service Improvement – Maintain Technical Service Improvement Plan (TSIP), lead TSIP reviews with senior customer staff.• Technical Requirements and Analysis - Gather the business and technical requirements for new requests, assess these requirements and convert them into deliverables for the DCS delivery teams• Compliance Management - Ensuring customer technical compliance requirements are met, i.e. Cyber Essentials+, IT Health Checks, PCI. Building remediation plans and recommending solutions.• Technical Roadmap and Strategy – Create and facilitate roadmap reviews, underpinned by the customer's business strategy and SCC roadmap. Recommend technology upgrades and new technologies that will benefit the customer. Facilitate Technical Design Forums between customer technical stakeholders and SCC technical resources.
