Mr. Ridzon is part of a team of engineers providing 10 CFR 54 license renewal services to commercial nuclear power plants.

Mr. Ridzon is part of a team of consulting engineers providing ANSYS engineering software solutions to its clientele. This includes pre- and post-sales technical support, ANSYS software training, as well as project consultation.

Mr. Ridzon has been actively involved in the development of online stress and fatigue monitoring programs for numerous Westinghouse and Combustion Engineering pressurized water nuclear reactor systems. His active experience includes the development of ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Section III NB-3200 stress models, and thermal hydraulic models with thermal stratification effects. Mr. Ridzon has mastered the art of developing these simulations designed for use in monitoring that respond directly from existing plant sensors. In addition to developing online stress and thermal hydraulic monitoring models, he also has knowledge with online data acquisition from plant process computers. Mr. Ridzon also has extensive experience in testing the completed monitoring systems, delivering them to the customer, and training the personnel in the use of the software. He also actively supports plant life extension and license renewal activities for various nuclear utilities around the world.

Mr. Ridzon was actively involved in the OEM production of electric control cabinets for automated process control in various industries to include Metal Mills, Seaside Material Handling Cranes, Land and Sea Transportation, and Electric Power Generation. His active experience included the mechanical and electrical design of UL508A electric control panels and operator stations to house complex power and control circuitry. Mr. Ridzon has mastered the art of CAD drawing generation both in 2D and 3D layouts. In addition to designing the electric control cabinets, he also has extensive knowledge with procurement and supply chain management. Mr. Ridzon also has in-depth experience with project management and resource scheduling as well as quality assurance from his exhaustive testing of the completed OEM control cabinets. He also actively supported bid and proposal efforts to gain new business.
