- Ensured quality of numerous new feature launches and content additions to the web version of the Scribd platform. Worked with given user stories and acceptance criteria to create detailed test plans. Executed testing in a timely, controlled manner. As a contractor in Facebook's Media Operations department, I've had a lot of different roles. My main duties are processing user access and support requests for a Facebook product, and handling said requests in a timely manner. Through careful attention to department policies, and extensive investigation, I've helped ensure the authenticity of Facebook pages. I've also helped maintain spreadsheets of users interested in Facebook products and tools.My time at Facebook has given me a real passion for seeing how people use social media in vastly different ways.
