The majority of my work is selling, designing and leading learning programmes and training for managers, teachers and Early Years staff across the UK. The courses delivered are about culture change in the industry, and in delivering excellence within learning. The long term courses involve coaching, group reflective time and 1:1 sessions with teachers.

I have led significant changes within the team of 10 instructors, with consistently excellent feedback from clients as a result. I was responsible for programme development, safety of guests and staff, all training, development and coaching of outdoor staff, recruitment and management of instructor team and general management duties within the leadership.

I was a technical sales rep for this company after they acquired SBS, responsible for North West. As well as sales, the job involved significant public speaking and managing complex short term projects with many stakeholders. I constructed a new website, with much effort on SEO strategy, and delivered a tenfold increase in site visitors.

I set up and ran this award winning green tech company, with business partner Andrew Mitchell, until our acquisition by Natural Building Technologies. We rapidly developed a superb network of contacts and customers. This was achieved through social media, our website's (which I constructed) SEO and through regular technical seminars and speaking.

Predominant work was with apprentices and graduates, facilitating courses in work skills, working as a team and leadership.I was promoted to Youth Development Manager and I set up a new office based in Sheffield to access the education and training market there.

I assisted in the training and leading of a team of outdoor instructors, as well as daily responsibility for managing customers experiences at Barcaple.
