Key Achievements:2018 - Development of online learning modules, speaker at multiple national events and further development of LTL Consultancy and Training Courses, management of LTL Accredited Professional Network, completion of ERASMUS Early Years Project 'Take Me Out'.2017 - Re-writing of LTL Professional Accreditation course, on-going re-write of online modules, delivery of training in Asia and Europe, received recognition from GTCS for In-Service training of teachers in Scotland.2016 – Expanded the model of training & consultancy sales in Scotland to UK wide audience, doubling of income. Review of online learning programme, with redesign of approach to learning. 2015 – Re-wrote all day courses, wrote new H&S system based on industry leading new standards. I was a technical sales rep for this company after they acquired SBS, responsible for North West. As well as sales, the job involved significant public speaking and managing complex short term projects with many stakeholders. I constructed a new website, with much effort on SEO strategy, and delivered a tenfold increase in site visitors.

I set up and ran this award winning green tech company, with business partner Andrew Mitchell, until our acquisition by Natural Building Technologies. We rapidly developed a superb network of contacts and customers. This was achieved through social media, our website's (which I constructed) SEO and through regular technical seminars and speaking opportunities.I developed a CMS based on the website and accessible to place immediate orders or issue invoices.

Predominant work was with apprentices and graduates, facilitating courses in work skills, working as a team and leadership.I was promoted to Youth Development Manager and I set up a new office based in Sheffield to access the education and training market there.

I assisted in the training and leading of a team of outdoor instructors, as well as daily responsibility for managing customers experiences at Barcaple.
