We are a General Contracting company, that has been in business since 2007. I work with my father, Ken and brother Mark. We run both our own and other people's projects. Currently we are building Driven Collision, a 26,000+ square foot commercial steel building. We are also building a 38 unit apartment complex, multiple single-family homes, and other miscellaneous project around Pierce County. I left the company from 2011 till 2019. We build our own for ourselves, partner with land owners and build joint venture multi-family projects and we also general contract for clients. Sometimes we consult only but mainly run an entire project from start to finish.

Between MKM Legacy and Cherry Orchard, I built and remodeled over 100+ houses. From the point of deciding which house to purchase, all the way to the point of remodeling or building the house and seeing it to it's completion, I ran the entire job. I also ran the rentals at both companies, at one point over 100. I also sold many of our houses by owner, prior to obtaining my real estate license.

New Construction and remodel.

This is a manufactured, leased land community in Puyallup, WA, for 55+ people. It stared in 1996 and was done with construction in 2006. I started as a sales person in 1999, while attending college, then took over the entire sales office in 2003, after graduating from University of Washington. I sold almost 100 during my time at Harvest Gate. We were only allowed to sell a certain amount per year and the sales team met all conditions in every year I was employed.
