I'm managing three teams at Pathpoint. I am responsible for building and running a product team (Typescript/Node, 2-3 concurrent large-scale projects), a backend/supply team (Golang, 1-2 concurrent large-scale projects), and devops (including SOC2 compliance). I have improved overall impact, velocity, and retention. Designed and implemented several critical process to augment our Agile/scrum processes.
