I'm currently part of the Perkins and Will team. I'm working on science and tech, campus, and commercial core and shell in both Seattle and San Diego markets, assisting clients realize their development goals and providing wholistic design for healthy and intriguing environments.I'm interested in the intersections of architecture and physiological experience, including theories around current understandings of how both individuals and collectives experience the built environment. I believe research is fundamental to how our industry will progress and work towards engaging scientific and technological advances into design and team management processes. My thought process engages how we function as a part of a larger ecosystem that integrates built and natural environments with human and non-human biological processes that culminate in architectural experience. The goal is to make more strategic design decisions based around desired experiences and providing an overall healthy environment.I have previously worked at Environments for Health (E4H) Architecture and Taylor Gregory Broadway (TGB) Architects providing design, production, construction administration, and various levels of project management on free standing emergency rooms, medical office buildings, renovations, and community buildings. I have years of experience in all levels of project delivery and construction oversight, including field observation and inspections. My experience is predominately in healthcare architecture.
