I currently lead PwC UK's International Tax and Treasury network having returned from 3 years in the US leading the UK tax desk and advising on BEPS and European developments.Prior to moving to the US I led the UK’s firms "UK as a Business Hub" programme which is PwC's terminology for maximising the benefits of the UK’s corporate tax reforms for inward investors to the UK. This involved liaising closely with the UK Revenue and Treasury authorities. I also led the UK firms' Inbound Structuring Group and was the UK representative on PwC’s Global International Tax Planning Group, a core team of partners drawn from the global network with the responsibility for assisting jurisdictions develop best in class inbound and outbound investment structures. My specialities are: investment reliefs, cross border holding and financing companies, business model transformation, inbound and outbound intellectual property licensing and transfers, acquisitions, dispositions, profit repatriation and treasury management.
