Working on the Design Core team, focused on design systems and AI across Automattic, it's subsidiaries, and other strategic initiatives.

I played a pivotal role in defining and updating Mutiny's visual language, establishing Mutiny's design system, and implementing a full web app redesign. This redesign laid the groundwork for Mutiny 2.0, where I helped reimagine a cohesive AI experience that empowers customers to make data-driven decisions, gain strategic insights, and automate tasks.

As part of the Home & Tweets team, I focused on the core experience of Twitter. I worked on all things composer, tweets, media, defining new features, and improving usability.I helped launch and led design efforts for Mixed Media in October 2022

I led the creation of marketing design system, as well as maintaining and growing product design systems. I helped provide support, and create tools and resources that enable teams to work more efficiently, cohesively, and increase ease-of-use for the customer.

I led the enterprise design system and design operation efforts for the Enterprise UX team. Working with front-end engineers to design and build a component library, UI Kit, and doc site to house all the guidance. In addition, I was also responsible for managing our tooling, creating templates, and defining workflows to help support the UX teams day-to-day work.

I was responsible for coordinating and conducting research in the field, usability testing, and creating solutions that weigh business goals, technical capability, and the needs of store associates while working across many highly collaborative cross-functional teams. I mentored interns and apprentices to help them succeed by growing their skills and confidence.

I was responsible for leading the formation of a style guide that helped create more cohesion across TST product offerings. I worked with product owners and front-end engineers to create better responsive behavior, apply styling consistently, and create more accessible experiences.

As a UI Designer, I was responsible for the development, and direction of creative deliverables. I ensure that the design team is successful in: developing concepts, implementing design strategies, and producing interactive and brand-design solutions in collaboration with front-end developers. Simply put, I gain understanding of client goals and audience needs and will actively research, conceptualize and create a strategic design that meets the needs of all parties.

Design web interfaces and marketing material.
