I am a qualified and experienced trainer and assessor with the NSW State Emergency Service. Manager - Imaging Services NswHpa Mar 1995 - Mar 2002Responsible for the total operation of the NSW imaging departments, their various outsourced business, employees, resources, suppliers, facilities, financials, planning, and corporate requirements. This role involved managing a team of professionals including I.T. staff, customer service, management and operations staff. The departments worked to Service Level Agreements across a 24 hour/5 day operation. Staffing levels ranged from 50 permanent through to 150 staff during peak and project periods. During two acquisitions i was additionally required to inspect, recommend, and facilities manage these additional operations, and plan/execute the integration of the operation and staff to HPA's main facilities.
