Built and maintained infrastructure for a shared server hosting platform to support over 40,000 concurrently running game-servers with hundreds of thousands of concurrent players. Created a business plan to support long term growth. Hired and grew our leadership team and oversaw day-to-day operations. Developed and maintained large scale web-infrastructure with tech in content-delivery, caching, datastores, each in a highly distributed environment. Eventually growing the company to become the world’s largest game server provider. With constant growth, I worked to train and operate a 70+ person team, with 24/7 support oriented live-chat and over 1,000 ticket responses every day.In addition to managing technical facets of the company's operation, we expanded by both founding and managing many subsidiaries, such as ArcadiaCon, RuleNetwork, Beam, and YouCube. Through constant diversification MCProHosting has expanded into much more than a hosting provider.

Created and managed a 2,000 person gaming convention in South Florida. Oversaw technical aspects of the event, including lighting design, web development, on-site networking, and the creation of audio visual content.In our second year, my responsibilities expanded to assist in managing finance, and other business operations of the convention.I have a passion for concert lighting design and production, and I've put that to work at ArcadiaCon. Each year, we host a concert, with hundreds of lighting fixtures, epic lasers, and EDM artists.
