CurrentCustomer facing assistance at ticket counters, gates, baggage service office and kiosks. Proficient in handling passengers needs in all situations. Experienced in handling customers during IROPs, unaccompanied minors, and special assistance needs (ramps, wheelchairs, isle chairs). Ramp operations. Safe marshalling of all aircraft and ground equipment. Proper use of belt loaders, air conditioning carts, air start systems, bag carts and tugs. Proficient in deicing procedures at all stations as well as fluid testing and logging. Baggage handling. Baggage reroute and baggage claim service.Maintain proficiency in all aspects of the job and updated on all new information by utilizing Learning Hub. As well as the companies safety briefings, web reference, and emails.
