I was one founding members of Design Public and grew it into one of the premier online design retailers. We pioneered a “no-inventory” drop-ship operational model to scale into a multi-million dollar design brand with global reach. We sold the company to private investors in 2011, after operating it for eight profitable years. My team was responsible for the identity, UI and still relevant marketing initiatives.• Project led migration of original site to the Magento platform; performed market research, competitive analysis, created website wireframes, requirements documents and information architecture while managing the project from inception to launch.• Screened, hired and efficiently managed a roster of data entry personnel, content creators and backend developers in the U.S., Eastern Europe, India and Southeast Asia responsible for routine technical maintenance, development and content creation.• Created the DesignPublic.com brand logo, look and messaging and ensured a continuous experience across all customer touch points.
