About Matt Scaysbrook

In 2017, I switched from freelancer to agency owner.I went on to sell that agency after 7 years of working with clients like GoDaddy, Nando’s, Sage & Twinings.I know what it takes to switch, and also what it takes to make that switch a success.(through a lot of painful experiences!)I started freelancing in 2013.Took almost 4 years for me to take the leap into running an agency.I had no support and no clue what I was doing.But what I did know was that they were fundamentally different jobs.Running an agency is NOT a better job than freelancing.(at least not for everyone).But it could be the best decision you ever make and I want to help you make the right one.So this is what I do:- Question your rationale for the switch and advise against it if I think it’s wrong for you- Push you to understand your own motivations before you commit- Arm you with the right approaches to build the right agency- Support you with implementation in the early daysSo when you’re considering trading freelancing for running an agency, talk to me first.
