While in this role my duties range from creating and maintaining technical and best practice specifications down to direct interaction with clients and team members, with a peppering in of other tasks as well. I am the one responsible for defining and documenting all technical best practices and standards for the company concerning integrations and PDO (Product Development Outsourcer). In addition, it's within my purview to support and maintain all delegated systems (including but not limited to Atlassian and Salesforce environments).With current PDO clients, my duties run the gamut to leverage my experience, whether I'm acting as an architect to design and define their solution, a senior developer to implement it, or supporting the Project Manager in communication or planning, I'm involved in all aspects. Meeting with the client and team regularly to offer thought leadership and define future needs is a key part of my role, as well as defining the roadmap for handling those needs. Even for clients I'm not directly overseeing, I operate as a technical escalation point for challenging designs or solutions.Not to only be focused on the existing clients, I work with the Business Development team on every new PDO prospect, helping to flesh out and define the scope and estimate the requests. We also are regularly discussing new changes in the field that might offer new services for both new and existing customers to help them grow and get a stronger foothold in the AppExchange space.Finally, I'm also involved in hiring activities, including interviews and skill evaluation before final decisions are made by HR.

I lead a small team of highly skilled Salesforce professionals who are constantly testing the limit of new technologies and advancing best practices as we create and support Salesforce AppExchange packages for multiple clients. Customer results and experience is our top goal, but in this case that means for both the direct customer that we're creating an app for, and their customer who's using it.Whether it's a canvas app, data migrations, or a ground-up new functionality being created right on Salesforce's native platform, our focus is to use the newest, most effective technologies, from SLDS to pure Lightning, to bring the customer's vision to life.
