Seed St. Louis (formerly Gateway Greening) is a not-for-profit organization serving the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County in Missouri and also Madison and St. Clair Counties in Illinois. The mission is to empower people and communities to grow food by providing the community with the education, resources, and a network to grow their own food. Re-elected in April 2024 to serve a third 3-year term.Parkway School District: - 16,620 students (Fall 2023)- Race and ethnicity: White 57.8%, Black or African-American 15.8%; Asian 13.2%, Hispanic 5.9%, Multi-racial 6.7%, Indian 0.4% and Pacific Islander 0.1%- One hundred six (106) different languages are spoken by our students and families. Parkway Schools include 18 elementary schools, 5 middle schools, 4 high schools, a choice high school program, and an Early Childhood Center with programs across the district.
