My interest in the technology industry came about from the exciting opportunities that came my uncle’s way because of his career in technology. That opened my eyes at a young age that I wanted those opportunities as well and brought my focus to study math and ultimately engineering. I was always strong in English, but I knew I wanted to focus on strengthening my math skills.I learned early in my career that my strength is identifying and digging into problems and working to find ways to solve them using technology. Efficiency and quality are the basis for all my decisions as I continuously strive to deliver the best products and experiences for the customer. Ultimately, I focus on key results and quickly learn and adapt to market changes and new insights.I have been fortunate to hold leadership positions in Europe as Global Strategy Management, China as Director Process and IT, and in the US as Service Delivery Director, Director Technology Innovation and Chief Information Officer.
