Matt Seals, President for the Visalia-based firm Seals Construction, Inc., began his career in construction in 2000 after graduating from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Matt has since played an integral role in the growth of Seals/Biehle, Inc., implementing strategies to advance the firm to the next level in terms of project volume, project size, and industry diversification. Matt has guided the firm in identifying and pursuing areas of growth and business development, focusing on the healthcare and education industries and relationship-building with clients.Matt is a firm believer in thinking beyond the bottom line, which is why he is actively involved in the community through volunteerism, donations to local school programs, sponsorships of community events and support of the charities and organizations that help make the Central Valley a thriving region. He is a serves on a host of boards and committees including the Visalia Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee, Visalia Unified School District Facility Advisory Committee, Catholic Professionals Business Club; Visalia Economic Development Corporation (VEDC); Visalia Unified Linked Learning Advisory Board; and the Leadership Visalia Steering Committee, where he also was a graduate. Matt’s involvement in the community, while impactful, is not where the line is drawn. He serves on the San Joaquin District Board for the AGC of California and is the Chair of the CLC for the San Joaquin District. Furthermore, he provides lateral education by informing trade subcontractors of the benefits of membership in the AGC and encourages their participation.Matt is married to his wife of ten years, Gina, and they have two beautiful daughters, Chloe and Alexis.
