I have the honor of leading Google’s performance organization for US retail. Our mission is to help retailers drive growth through Google’s digital solutions. I’ve spent the 25+ years of my career driving business growth through technology and data at Google, Abbott Laboratories and McDonald’s. I’m at my best pioneering solutions to solve challenging business problems and partnering with others to deliver at scale. I have deep expertise in digital marketing, AI, data analytics, omnichannel, measurement and retail. My core values are pioneering, excellence and partnership, and I strive to bring a spirit of “gusto” to those I work with.Outside of work, Nadia and I love spending time with our kids (two oldest in college now!)
