As the Executive Director of NAMI Lake County, OH, I lead a team of passionate and dedicated professionals who strive to improve the lives of people affected by mental illness. I have over 17 years of experience in organizational performance and leadership development, and I am currently a PhD Candidate in Adult, Continuing, and Higher Education Administration at Cleveland State University.I also teach and coach aspiring and established managers and leaders at Cleveland State University, Walsh University, and other organizations. My field of expertise is positive organizational development and change, and I have published multiple articles on employee engagement, professional identity, and community prosperity.
