I love problem solving and understanding how things work while collaborating with others in the process.From a young age I would spend my time augmenting consoles and PCs. In my 20s I started developing and releasing my own apps and websites. Some of these apps were used by Ireland's most popular music festivals.More recently, I have been leading engineers to deliver high quality tested software and planning complex cloud migrations.When I set my mind to something I commit and go all in. I have a real entrepreneurial spirit that has seen me set up my own coffee shops and wine bars. I have failed in many of these endeavours but always moved on to the next idea learning valuable lessons along the way.I believe in having a good work life balance for myself and the engineers I manage. I play in a rock band, I paint and enjoy walking my dogs.
