“You can’t build a house on sand!”With now nearly 6 years’ experience in the food production industry with the previous ten years in operation and management of restaurants, in both Sydney and Brisbane. I’ve held a variety of positions from the day-to-day production of food for restaurant patrons, but additionally the management of kitchen operations for very successful restaurants.This early career experience on a wide range of positions has allowed me to understand business operations with particular focus on “Bottom Line “profit and how various processes and resources can impact on business profitability.
