If they have the desire and the commitment to learn, I have the passion and the expertise to work with them to give them the steps they need for success. If they are already successful, I can build on that success, finding ways to maximize their potential.Training brokers and team building are my forte. I have: --Led a successful real estate team to close 915 transactions. --Built a system for the sale of REOs (Real Estate Owned by banks) that is not only efficient and effective, but has resulted in $47,000,000 in closed REO listings from 2012 through 2017. --Taken brand new brokers and coached them to the top 5% of ALL sales brokers within their first year. --Taught classes in sales (including short sales), investing in real estate, motivation, team building, and the disciplines of execution. --Trained a top sales team from the bottom up. So, for those brokers who want to build their own team, I can teach you how to: — hire the right people — structure your team — coach your team to success — keep your team intact and moving forward.As for my free time, I believe that happiness is a 72-mile, six-day trip through the North Cascades following the last section of the Pacific Crest Trail and looping through the Paysaten Wilderness. My family, Jessica and our three children, Ethan, Brooklyn, and Benson, are my greatest joy — the best part of my life. And they, too, love the outdoors! Life is good!
