Upgrade was delivered on time and $25,000 under budget. Testing resulted in 60% fewer defects found in next User Acceptance phase, as well as delivered on time and on budget. Personally responsible for implementing and operating Program Management Office. Processes were adopted as standard practice for Sales & Marketing Project Management. Also responsible for defining and implementing project Release Management operating model. Capability allowed the project to support development lifecycle of multiple concurrent releases of the product, therefore reducing time to market of each release.
